Bicester Motion has unveiled plans for significant long-term investment across its 444-acre Oxfordshire estate, setting out a 10-year masterplan vision focused on expanding its future mobility and innovation cluster.
The proposals aim to support substantial growth across the estate through the delivery of additional workspace, residential accommodation, hospitality facilities and infrastructure enhancements as demand continues increasing from automotive, aviation and advanced mobility businesses.
