Construction opportunities

Behind the retail headlines, this creates repeatable construction work across multiple sites.

Typical Aldi store delivery includes:

  • demolition / site clearance

  • groundworks & civils

  • steel frame / shell build

  • M&E installation

  • internal fit-out

  • external works, parking & drainage

With 8 live schemes, contractors and subcontractors can expect:

👉 parallel packages across multiple locations

👉 fast-track programmes

👉 repeatable design (efficient delivery = strong margins)

📊

Why this matters

Aldi doesn’t just build one-off stores — it operates a rollout model:

  • standardised builds

  • framework-driven delivery

  • continuous pipeline

👉 Meaning this isn’t just 8 jobs…

it’s ongoing retail construction work feeding the market
