Liverpool’s Baltic Triangle continues its transformation into a major residential and commercial district, with planning approval granted for two new schemes worth a combined £70m.
Developer Davos Property Developments — a subsidiary of TJ Morris — is now preparing to move forward with contractor procurement for both sites.
The schemes have been designed by Falconer Chester Hall, who are also involved across multiple regeneration projects in Liverpool’s city centre.
🏙️ Greenland Street – £57m mixed-use development
The larger of the two schemes is a 13-storey development on Greenland Street, delivering:
89 one-bedroom apartments
110 two-bedroom apartments and townhouses
ground floor commercial units
gym facilities
co-working space
The project forms part of the wider regeneration of Liverpool’s Baltic Triangle, one of the city’s fastest-growing urban districts.
🧱 Blundell Street – £13m regeneration scheme
The second scheme on Blundell Street will deliver:
59 apartments
3 ground floor commercial units
stepped building form from 5 to 7 storeys
A key feature of the scheme is the adaptive reuse of an existing three-storey warehouse, which will be incorporated into the development and linked via a new bridge connection to the new-build element.
📍 Wider regeneration context
Davos Property Developments continues to play a significant role in Liverpool’s regeneration pipeline, including involvement in larger city-centre proposals such as the wider Kings development near the Pier Head.
The Baltic Triangle itself has become a major focus for:
residential-led regeneration
creative and digital businesses
mixed-use urban redevelopment
🧠 What this means
These schemes are expected to generate opportunities across:
demolition and enabling works
RC frame and structural packages
façade and envelope systems
MEP installation
fit-out and commercial space delivery
With contractors now being sought, early engagement in procurement will be key.
