Local housing authorities are seeking a qualified consultant to conduct a Stock Condition Survey across approximately 11,500 properties, aiming to ensure all homes meet the Decent Homes Standard for at least the next 30 years.


The survey will include internal and external property inspections to assess:


  • Safety compliance under the Housing Health and Safety Rating System (HHSRS)

  • Overall condition and state of repair

  • Modern facilities and services

  • Efficient heating and insulation


Additional assessments may include structural surveys on non-traditional properties and a review of other estate or land assets.
