A key milestone has been reached for a new commercial development in Warwickshire, with E. Manton Limited appointed as construction partner for the Greville Business Park scheme.
The development, led by Warwickshire Property & Development Group, will deliver a 28,000 sq ft business park located on Fusiliers Way between Leamington Spa and Warwick.
Supporting SME Growth in the Region
Greville Business Park will provide 11 high-quality commercial units, ranging from 1,000 to 5,000 sq ft, designed to support small and growing businesses across the region.
The scheme responds to increasing demand for modern, flexible commercial space, helping businesses to expand while strengthening the local economy.
Works Now Underway
Groundworks have now commenced on site following unanimous planning approval from Warwick District Council.
Construction of the units is set to begin later this spring, with the overall development targeted for completion by the end of 2026.
Sustainable by Design
Sustainability is a core focus of the project, with the completed units set to achieve:
EPC A ratings
BREEAM “Very Good” certification
This ensures the development meets modern environmental standards while offering energy-efficient spaces for occupiers.
Building on Regional Investment
Greville Business Park is part of a wider strategy by WPDG, which was established by Warwickshire County Council in 2021 to unlock development opportunities across the county.
The scheme follows the success of previous commercial developments, including Sucham Park in Southam, and represents the first phase of a wider masterplan.
A second phase is expected to deliver a local centre, including:
Convenience retail
A children’s nursery
A café offering
Driving Jobs and Opportunity
As the scheme progresses, it is expected to create new employment opportunities while providing space for businesses to grow and thrive locally.
The appointment of an experienced regional contractor like E. Manton signals strong momentum as the project moves into its next phase.
A Positive Step for Local Development
With works now underway, Greville Business Park highlights continued investment in regional commercial infrastructure — supporting SMEs, creating jobs, and strengthening local economies.
