🏗️ Keon Homes begins £28m Heath Town regeneration scheme in Wolverhampton

Keon Homes has started work on a ÂŁ28m regeneration scheme in Wolverhampton, marking the latest phase of a wider housing programme being delivered in partnership with City of Wolverhampton Council.

The development will see the former Duke of York pub site in Heath Town redeveloped into 32 one- and two-bedroom council apartments, forming part of a wider ÂŁ1bn housing framework and an ongoing ÂŁ120m regeneration programme across the area.

The scheme is expected to contribute towards up to 120 new homes across five sites in Heath Town, building on earlier phases at Hobgate Road and Tithe Croft.

The vacant site will be transformed into energy-efficient homes designed around modern living standards, with shared gardens, balconies and improved landscaping, supporting wider placemaking ambitions for the area.

Keon Homes said the project reflects its delivery model focused on partnership working, modern construction methods and social value-led regeneration, particularly on complex or long-term vacant sites.

The company is also continuing delivery across the Midlands, with schemes underway in Birmingham, Coventry, Lichfield and Telford.

Construction is now underway, with further phases of the Heath Town regeneration expected to follow.
