EG On The Move acquires 27-site MPK Garages forecourt portfolio

EG On The Move has acquired MPK Garages as part of its continued UK expansion strategy.

The deal includes 27 petrol forecourt sites, the majority of which are freehold, strengthening EG On The Move’s footprint across the Midlands and taking the business close to 200 locations nationwide.

The acquired portfolio operates under a mix of Valero, Texaco and Gulf fuel brands, alongside Nisa-branded retail stores.

EG On The Move said the acquisition creates opportunities for further investment across the estate, with plans to enhance:

• Foodservice provision

• Convenience retail offer

• Grocery ranges

The move reflects ongoing investment across the UK forecourt and roadside retail sector, where operators continue expanding beyond traditional fuel sales into convenience, food-to-go and wider retail services.

MPK Garages has built a strong regional presence across the Midlands, with investment into both its estate and operational growth in recent years.
