BSN Group has reported record turnover of £45m for 2025, underlining its rapid rise as one of the UK’s fastest-growing construction contractors.
The Dudley-based firm has seen turnover surge from £25m in 2024, driven by strong performance across the healthcare and living sectors. Growth has been supported by a portfolio of major projects delivered for clients including Birmingham Children’s Hospital, Tamworth Borough Council, Stoke-on-Trent City Council, University Hospitals of Derby, and Burton NHS Trust.
The business has also strengthened its leadership team, with Nick Gibb joining the board as joint managing director alongside founder Darren Perry and group commercial director Jennifer Reynolds. The move is expected to support the company’s next phase of expansion.
According to Perry, the company’s diverse service offering has been a key driver behind its growth, enabling BSN Group to operate as a trusted delivery partner across a wide range of project types and sectors. Recent investment, including the acquisition of an engineering arm, is also expected to play a major role in scaling the business further.
Looking ahead, BSN Group has outlined plans to continue expanding its workforce and strengthening its senior leadership team, while maintaining a focus on sustainable growth.
The wider group now spans multiple divisions including construction, healthcare, heritage, engineering and electrical contracting, supported by a team of more than 80 staff. Its continued growth has also earned recognition in the UK Fast Growth Index.
With a strong pipeline of work and long-standing client relationships, particularly within healthcare, BSN Group is positioning itself for continued expansion into 2026 and beyond.
