Tansport for London has selected Amey, Costain and Dragados for a major £700 million infrastructure improvement framework across the capital.
The framework will support delivery of a pipeline of transport upgrades including station redevelopments, tram infrastructure works and step-free access schemes.
According to TfL, the programme is expected to include:
Elephant & Castle station upgrade (£60m)
South Kensington station upgrade (£80m)
Tram rolling stock, depot and power infrastructure works
TfL’s £200m Step-Free Access programme
The selected contractors will support projects from early contractor involvement and design stages through to construction and completion.
The agreement is scheduled to commence in June 2026 with an initial two-year term and options to extend for a further two years.
The framework highlights continued long-term investment across London’s transport infrastructure network, with further schemes expected to be added during the contract period.
