Lendlease and The Crown Estate have launched a public consultation on proposals for a major 60-acre mixed-use regeneration at Euston, marking the next step in plans to transform one of London’s most significant development opportunities.
The consultation follows the formation of the partners’ Impact Partnership joint venture and sets out proposals to create a new mixed-use neighbourhood around Euston Station.
The emerging masterplan includes up to 1,500 new homes, more than 5 million sq ft of business and innovation space, alongside new public spaces and improved walking and cycling connections.

Located around one of the UK’s busiest transport hubs, the regeneration aims to strengthen Euston’s role as a major gateway to London while delivering new commercial, residential and public realm opportunities.
The consultation will help shape the final masterplan, with local residents, businesses and stakeholders invited to provide feedback before the plans progress further.
Public consultation is open until 8 August.
